Stainless Steel Flexible Hose

Our range consisting of the 1000 series, 2000 series and 3000 series is a range of high performance engineered flexible stainless steel hoses, with an optional stainless steel protective braid.
The advantage of metallic hoses over other materials are their capability to withstand higher temperatures, impacts and corrosive substances and atmospheres. Corrugated Stainless Steel hoses are seamless, making them ideal for the conveyance of liquids and gases under pressure.
This range is available either ’core only’ or with single or double braiding for greater endurance against pressure, vibration and abrasive attack.
Our range is most commonly used for different oils and gases of different pressures and temperatures.

1000 Series

The 1000 series is a very flexible medium pressure hose. It comes with 321 stainless steel core with 304 stainless steel braid as standard. The high quality makes it perfect for use in almost all low to medium pressure assemblies.1000 series is currently only available in single braid at the specified pressures. Please see series 2000 and 3000 for higher pressure hose requirements.

Stainless Steel Annular Convoluted Hose. Our 2000 series is a closer pitch hose with a higher degree of flexibility than our 1000 series. It’s higher flexibility and working pressure make it perfect for almost all applications. As our most popular hose, Powerforce 2000 is most commonly supplied.
Single or double layers of stainless steel braid prevent elongation of the convoluted hose. They also increase the working pressures that the hose can accommodate.
